Aart van den Bos (Managing Partner)  manages the company as far as the Organisation and financial aspects are concerned. He holds a MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and was co-owner of an export company in the agribusiness for 6 years. Having managed and participated in numerous projects throughout the world, his wealth of experience in negotiating the legalities and management aspects of such projects are invaluable in ensuring the success of our company.
 
Tobias Bandel (Managing Partner) holds a degree in Agribusiness of the University of Hohenheim (Germany). He followed various Executive Development Programs on Marketing, Quality Management and Strategic Management in Cairo, Egypt. He also worked in Egypt as Export Manager and commercial director for organic certified fresh produce in Sekem Co., one of Egypt’s largest Companies for the Production and Export of organic certified produce. With his never ending energy and enthusiasm, he is mainly responsible for project development and implementation, carbon credits (Clean Development Mechanism), certification systems, production protocols and commercial activities.
 
Miriam Bogatzki (PR and Project Management) joined our team in 2008. She holds a Master degree in European Studies (University of Tübingen, Germany) and a Bachelor degree in International Business with an emphasis on Foreign Languages (University of Nantes, France, as well as University of Cardiff, Wales). She lived, worked and studied in several countries and challenges our team with new ideas and suggestions. She supports the company on every level, mainly being responsible for the management of running projects, carbon footprinting, event management, Public Relations and internal as well as external communications.
 
Joris van der Kamp (Product Development) holds a Master degree in Soil Science with an emphasis on Earth System Science, Land use, and Vegetation Science (University of Wageningen, the Netherlands). He participated in various field trainings on soil science and was part of research projects in Spain, Indonesia and Ghana. He joined our team in November 2008 and is mainly involved in research and development projects. He also works on carbon footprinting and composting.
 
Nataša Sikirica (Product Development) holds a Master degree in Environmental Sciences with a major in Environmental Policy (University of Wageningen, the Netherlands), as well as a BSc in Environmental Protection Ecology with an emphasis on Environmental technology and Environmental Chemistry (University of Novi Sad, Serbia). She joined our team in December 2008 and is - with her strong environmental scientific background - mainly working in the field of research and develoment. She is also involved in carbon footprinting and CO2e reduction projects.
 
Boki Luske (Product Development) joined our team in March 2009. She holds a Master degree in Biology with an emphasis on Ecology (University of Wageningen, the Netherlands). She works part time for the Dutch Louis Bolk Institute, a research institute aiming to provide new insight into organic and sustainable agriculture, nutrition and healthcare. One of her tasks is to explore long term cooperation possibilities between Soil & More and the Louis Bolk Institute. Furthermore, Boki is involved in research projects, such as the use of compost on desert soils in Egypt and competitive differences of sustainable farming in comparison with conventional farming systems.
